If you can not attend have a committee member represent your ministry. We encourage each ministry to prepare a report on your activities. We conclude with motions from the deacons or the body which are posted on the office bulletin board one week in advance. We must have a quorum to conduct business. All candidates that want to join Berks Bible Church must inquire with the office for church requirements. You must attend the meeting to be approved by the body for membership.
